Beer Description
Our holiday ale brewed with raisins. Our Belgian style Dubbel is brewed using authentic Belgian Pilsener, Munich and specialty malts and hopped using Styrian Golding. The raisins were soaked for 2 days in our barley wine prior to being added to the coolship. Finally the beer undergoes a warm fermentation using a classic Belgian Trappist yeast strain.
