Beer Description
Medium-bodied amber ale brewed with maris otter, honey malt, and chocolate wheat for a brilliantly clear deep garnet color. Dark fruits and burnt sugar support a heavy whirlpool of Columbus and Mosaic for background resinous flavor. We then lightly dry hopped with Citra and Strata as well as conditioned on terpenes for notes of lime, gin botanicals, and sweet cherry. We brewed this beer to pair perfectly with good food and better times. Cheers!
