Beer Description
Blend of 51% Barolo foedre aged wild and and 49% Sangiovese grape must fermented in an imported Italian Sangiovese wine puncheon. Initial aromas of stewed strawberry jam, pomegranate molasses, and black cherry juice reduced to near tar give prelude and hint to the deep acidity. Minimalist carbonation leaves a long and flitting interplay on the palate between blood red fruits, supple leather, tannic black tea, and arias of candy-like pops of freeze-dried blackberries.
