For this particular blend of Oude Geuze, we used lambikken originating from five different barrels and eight different brews, originating from three different breweries.
With half of the lambikken over three years old, the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is more than 27 months.
EN 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
