Beer Description
This vintage is a blend of Jim Beam Double Oak and mature Willett Bourbon barrels all aging DinoS’mores for just shy of two years. First notes are of intense cherry cordial and high percentage cocoa dark chocolate. A twinge of raspberry jam tempers the flow into ample, old growth oak. Fire-sweet wood sugars punctuated by a flurry of peppery spirit, baking spice, and sticky toffee.
