Sī Fáng, which loosely translates to “Secret Recipe”, is an International style pale lager brewed with Black Tea and Osmanthus flowers made in collaboration with our good friends and favorite dumpling shop in Chicago, Qing Xian Yuan (lovingly shortened to QXY).
