We aged “Socks” (our beloved foedre-aged wild saison brewed with black limes and African dried lemons) in a Sangiovese puncheons with pink lemons (they exist!) and Sangiovese grapes. Expect vibrant chords of pink lemonade, cherry skins, and tangerines.
