Conditioned on Mixed Berry & Guava

Berry Guava is a heavily fruited sour ale that was brewed with a base of pale barley malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats.

It was fermented with a special, lactic acid producing yeast strain and then conditioned on an abundance of juicy pink guava and mixed berries (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, and black currant).

Berry Guava pours a vibrant magenta hue into a glass and leaves behind frothy rings of fruity foam with each gulp.

This smoothie-style ale opens with aromas of dark berries and tropical guava, drinks with a luscious medium body, and closes with a refreshingly tart, fruity finish.

We get notes of juicy pink guava, strawberry Fanta, blackberry jam, blueberry pie filling, black currant gastrique, mixed wild berries, tropical fruit smoothie, and SweeTart candies.
