Beer Description
Copper colored lager brewed for the period of lent using a number of different Munich malts including Melanoidin (Aromatic Munich malt). It’s brewed using a classic German step infusion mash to a strength to 5.9%. The malty notes of caramel, honey & biscuit are balanced by the fruity & spicy character from the Tettnang hops.
