Affectionately dubbed โMontyโ by the Fair Isle team, we are jazzed to finally share batch two of this special beer with you all. Aged in second-use gin casks from Copperworks and dosed with larch tips, Montgomery doubles down on botanical character with this distinctive foraged ingredient.
