A smoothie style sour ale brewed in collaboration with the lovely and incredibly talented crew from Latvia – Ä€rpus Brewing Company. This beauty is loaded with mango, passionfruit and guava, plus an addition of vanilla & vanilla caviar. Super thick and viscous with big sour notes up front plus a dry clean finish. Those black specs you’ll see floating around are from vanilla caviar which was a cool addition to the feel and taste of the beer.
