This beautiful and much needed pilsner series puts a focus on a single hop rotating each time, with the goal of highlighting the depth of flavor you can still achieve within a clean, bright and easy drinking beer. For our 2nd version of this series here in 2023, we are glorifying a hop that has defined an era, a hop that makes a Czech pilsner what it is⦠Saaz! Offering the perfect blend of woody aromatics, subtle touches of floral bitterness and a splash of crisp fruitiness, we think this is the perfect edition to our beloved pilsner series!
