Czech style Pilsner, dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Moutere! In collaboration with Cantina Cantina. With Pat (Cantina Cantina’s head brewer/owner) being a Barrier OG, we figured no better time than now to reach back into one of our original Pilsner recipes (that Pat brewed with us way back when) and create a new school take on it..so that’s what we did! Taking classic hops like Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir, than adding a delicate dry hop that features the amazing New Zealand Moutere hop, which was the 1st time either of us have ever used Moutere. and wow! This addition added the perfect zesty bite on the end, a pop of grapefruit & lime peel, plus a soft, piney, resin bitterness that melts in the mouth. An absolute crusher, we can’t wait to drink 10!
