This juicy golden ale achieves an aromatically dominant fruit profile of passionfruit, mango, papaya, pear, and nectarine with a mixed fermentation of natural brewers yeast to release more aromas from the malt and hops during fermentation. The base golden ale is light in body to showcase the fruit character with no more than a hint of malt sweetness and a touch of pine on the finish.
