Beer Description
This year’s DinoS’mores features a heavier-than-ever-before dose of cacao lending huge notes of dark baking chocolate. Ten different malts make up the complex and roasty grain profile, while creamy aromas and sweet sensations are derived from sliced Indonesian vanilla beans added directly to the tank. The combined sweet vanilla notes and dark roasted character are as close as you will find to that marshmallow you held too close to the fire but blew out just in time. When all the flavors are layered together, it’s easy to forget this is a 9.5% stout!
