The difference between Foret Limousine, Foret du Centre & Foret de Troncais is based on he level of toasting of the barrel prior to filling and what appears to be the region the wood is from. Each version comes in a light toasted and medium toasted version. These are all brewed at DeProef, packaged in 12.7oz bottles and they all come in at a BIG 19.3% ABV.
