Beer Description

This coconut bomb is brewed with malted barley and oats grown by Thrall Family Farm in Windsor Locks, a huge hit of coffee, freshly roasted by Ashlawn Farm in Old Saybrook, followed up with twenty five pounds of toasted coconut

Sure, Connecticut may have dropped the tagline a while back, but we all know it to be true: This state is STILL REVOLUTIONARY, and we’re here to remind you exactly of that!

This coconut bomb is brewed with malted barley and oats grown by Thrall Family Farm in Windsor Locks, a huge hit of coffee, freshly roasted by Ashlawn Farm in Old Saybrook, followed up with twenty five pounds of toasted coconut (imported to CT via African and European swallows), and finished with just a hint of nutmeg (what other spice belongs in a beer celebrating The Nutmeg State?!). We’re making Nathan Hale proud. And so should you.
