Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Czech Saaz, Saphir, and Spalter Select, this beer is crisp, bready, and full of hop flavor and aroma thanks to a tasteful dry hopping and cold, slow fermentation. A crusher meant for a celebration, this is the type of beer we love to drink and brew. We’re excited to share it with you all as we turn 9 years old in Lemont.
