Beer Description
Enemy Maker was created with the humans at Almanac Brewing. Aged in oak that formerly held Barbadian rum and rum barrels that were used to finish bourbon, enemy maker was forced into a steel tank with fresh pineapple and toasted coconut for 5 months, where it definitely did not play nice. At 7% ABV, this wild ale can run riot fast with bright, clean acidity and tart, tropical flavors like Mexican Paletas and Pina Coladas.
