Beer Description
NEW IN BATCH 35.2: much the same as 35.1 – a little Columbus Cryo for some added oompf.
Beta Beers are Test Batches for future seasonals. Seasonals like 3-Way IPA. You won’t see the final product until summer but we’re pretty excited to get a head start on what promises to be many rewarding months of experimentation and day-drinking in the name of science.
Beta 35.2 is a bright, tropical IPA with a smidge of Columbus Cryo.
Hops: Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, Simcoe
