Created from the McIntosh varietal from Five Mile Orchard in Santa Cruz, these heritage apples siphoned a ton of flavor from the wood. With a smooth and silky finish, this dry and tannin-forward cider is refreshing and reminiscent of traditional barrel aged ciders.
