Beer Description
Metal Witch is a Mosaic Barrel Aged Saison. Brewed in February 2022 and primary fermented in oak with our Magical Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. Generously dry hopped with Mosaic. Bottled in August of 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Our beers are equally inspired by the farmhouse brewers of France and Belgium and the pioneering heavy handed brewers of America.
