Beer Description
Grodziskie BA with raspberries.
Polock en Rouge surprises with its smoky, woody aroma, with a hint of herbaceousness, and with the shocking “hit” of fresh fruit that it is capable of giving to both the nose and the palate. Made with 90% smoked wheat malt, it is enriched with generous doses of noble hops, then aged in oak barriques and added with massive doses of fruit raspberries. In the mouth it is acidic, light and with very little body; animated by the fresh and succulent structure of the berries. A craft beer that is both dangerously drinkable and completely atypical, for those who want to go beyond custom.
