Conditioned for 6 weeks, this beer drinks like a crisp light lager when it’s cold and as it warms reveals dark roast coffee, pumpernickel, and smokey complexity.
Enter the zone where light meets the dark in this Czech-inspired dark lager. Brewed with floor-malted dark malts and floor-malted pilsner, we decocted twice and then fermented super cold and slow. Conditioned for 6 weeks, this beer drinks like a crisp light lager when it’s cold and as it warms reveals dark roast coffee, pumpernickel, and smokey complexity.
