Beer Description
Care Too Much is an ale aged in oak and double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in September 2021 and primarily fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Bottled in March 2022 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Notes of kaffir lime, honeysuckle, and agua fresca.
