Beer Description
Hop Cream (Tangerine) is our Marshmallow Double IPA brewed with abundance of oats, of both the flaked and malted variety. Fermented with our house Ale yeast, and dry hopped heavily with Simcoe and Galaxy, and conditioned on marshmallow (vegan!) and, in this iteration, a enormous bounty of zippy tangerine. 8.8% ABV. Notes of orange dreamsicle popsicles, citrus zest infused whipped cream, fresh baked sugar cookies, and respite from the bitter cold =)
