This is a DDH’d verision is one of our most enduring IPAs, originally brewed at our humble BrewCafé as an exploration of Mosaic hops… now all grown up… and given an intensive double dry hop. Brewed with pillowy oats, and aromatic local wildflower honey. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo, then secondarily hit with Amarillo. 6.0% ABV
