Beer Description
DDH High Road (Cascade) is the Double Dry Hopped iteration of our Righteous Double IPA.
Brewed with malted spelt and a touch of caramel malt, hopped in the kettle with Citra & Simcoe, dry hopped FIRST with our freshest and most pungent Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial and then, finally, absolutely hammered on the second dry hop with Cascade! Say it loud so those in the back can hear us… NO IDEA IS ORGINAL. LIFE IS A MIRROR OF CONFUSION. NEGATIVITY IS A PRISON. TAKE THE HIGH ROAD =) Notes of musky honeydew melon, citrus flavored cotton candy, extra thicc guava gelato, and a bright new outlook on yr future. 8.0%
