Mash Hopping & Double Dry Hopping conducted via Mosaic, Superdelic, Galaxy, Motueka & Chinook. As such, look for hop flavors of citrusy berry, ripe mango, tropical stone fruit, apricot & passionfruit. Grain bill consists of Canadian 2row Barley, and 3 varieties of wheat to balance the hops, provide haze and add a touch of tartness.
