Beer Description
deep, yellow-gold-approaching-orange, while the nose is a little grassy, with subtle hints of grapefruit, pine, and pineapple. A moderate perceived bitterness on the pallet compliments a mild, malty sweetness in tandem with a whisper of orange zest/peel
The name is a nod to the style, falling somewhere between a West Coast IPA and a NEIPA. Three different types of wheat were included in this recipe, with hefty double dry hop additions of Galaxy, Alora, and Vic Secret. The color is a deep, yellow-gold-approaching-orange, while the nose is a little grassy, with subtle hints of grapefruit, pine, and pineapple.
