Beer Description
The first installment of what will be an ongoing Double IPA experiment we’re calling Rock & Roll, this inaugural batch is brewed entirely using Cascade hops, the quintessential American IPA hop. It’s a brewers go-to for hoppy beers, but rarely is it highlighted all by itself, bursting with a mix of resin, pine, lemon, and grapefruit. This hop needs no accompaniment.
Brewed with over 4 lb of hops per barrel and triple dry-hopped, this one jams hard.
