FRESH HOP HAZY DOUBLE IPA collaboration with HOP BUTCHER
Fresh Hop Hazy Double IPA brewed with our friends at Hop Butcher.
A few months ago we brewed a beer with Hop Butcher at their location in Chicago. We called it Bride of Pierogi, because pierogi is great, (and so is the Chucky film franchise).
There is no food more versatile or more satisfying than Pierogi. Itβs stuff in dough. Pure magic. And so is Fresh Pierogi. Except we swapped the dough for pilsner malt and white wheat and swapped the potato for Fresh Hops. We poured 600 pounds of Fresh Strata Hops into this Hazy Double IPA.
