The latest beer in Omnipollo’s legendary Three Times Three collab series. This Vol. 7 unites seven breweries across borders) for one shared creative experiment: a bold, hazy DIPA brewed around the world.
A wheat-heavy pale base dry-hopped to the heavens with Citra, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin (think 30 g/l!) plus a touch of Hop Kief® for that extra oomph. Expect tropical fruit, soft bitterness, and a big dose of Omnipollo magic!
