Beer Description
P.N.C. is our imperial buckwheat stout, released only twice, the first time in 2013 and the second time in 2021, to honor the Publican National Committee. We took a special lot of this beer aged in tequila, bourbon, and brandy barrels and infused it with Vietnamese and Sri Lankan cinnamon sticks, adding decadent layers of aroma and flavor. Baking spices, coffee and whiskey aromas waft out, simultaneously greeting flavors of bitter-sweet chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. Shout out to club member Ray L. for submitting the winning beer name that gained unanimous support from the team!
