West Coast IPA
Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, and Cascade Cryo. That’s the lineup. Expect that signature Nelson character: white wine, gooseberry, dank tropical fruit, and that diesel-y, grapefruit funk that makes Nelson so distinctive. The Cascade Cryo brings bright citrus and floral notes to balance it all out. Clean bitterness, crisp finish, and all the resinous goodness you want from a proper West Coast IPA.
