Beer Description
Solifloris is a Barrel Aged Wild Ale with Beets and Sumac. It is a collaboration between Strangebird and Grimm.Ellyn, from Strangebird, and Gali, from Grimm developed this beer together by blending our Belgian Pale brewed with Beets and Sumac, with three Barrel Aged beers from Grimm. The final product is a beer that pours a beautiful pink color with berry and earthy notes with some white and a hint of sour.
