Beer Description
Any ale yeast will work with this style. We use an English Ale yeast that attenuates and flocculates well. The flavor is slightly fruity. Try an American Ale yeast for a more biscuity background. Ferment at 69F until compleate and transfer to a secondary carboy. Reduce temp gradually over two weeks. Dry hop with 3 oz Cascades.
