Beer Description
Kawasemi Indian-Style Lager is our collaboration with one of Canada’s brightest brewing minds, Kalyanasundaram “Kaly” Kalimuthu. Amongst peers, Kaly’s better known for his work at Great Lakes Brewery but his storied career began in Kerala, India where he managed brewing and packaging operations of the illustrious Kingfisher Lager. Together, we present this ode to India’s most popular lager.
