A radiant, foeder-aged sour bursting with dragonfruit, pineapple, and mango—lush, vibrant, and delicately balanced between bright acidity and candied sweetness. Rested for nine months in French oak foeders, the base beer emerges shaped by both wood and wild culture—its edges softened, its acidity refined into something deliberate and composed. From there it is layered with an extraordinary amount of pineapple, mango, and dragonfruit, saturating the beer until it becomes inseparable from its source. Go Primal!
