Beer Description
Green Prophet is a Serpent Style Hazy IPA built with oats, wheat, and a lightly kilned under modified malt known as chit malt. These malts come together to build a velvet slick mouthfeel, backed by hyper saturated hop oil in the whirlpool. Hopped with Simcoe & Citra. Those hops combined with an unearthly dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, Nelson , and NZ Cascade lay down big aromatics of lychee, guava, Sauvignon Blanc, and a touch of that Dank Green Venom.
