WEST COAST IPA collaboration with TOPAZ FARM
A West Coast IPA with bright citrusy hop flavor and a crisp and crushable sweetness.
Topaz Farm, the farm, is a three generation family-owned and run farm 20 minutes outside of Portland. It’s also one of the coolest music venues in the state, hosting a rad summer concert series. Pumpkin patches. Sunflower mazes. Farm to plate dinners. You have to do a lot when you’re a farm. Or you get to do a lot.
Topaz Farm, the IPA, is brewed light, full of flavor and full of purpose with a citrusy, candy sweet aroma and a refreshing, mildly bitter finish.
Hops: Citra, Galaxy, Whole Cone Strata, Nectaron, Nelson Cryo
Malts: Gambrinus Pilsner, Rahr 2-Row, Linc Clearstone Red Wheat Pale, Weyermann Acidulated
