For this reimagined Bière de Miel, a relatively esoteric Belgian style of honey saison typically made with at least 25% honey, we opted to augment the honey with cactus derived sugars from a potent blend of both Prickly Pear and Saguaro cactus fruit, Agave nectar, all punctuated with hand picked Arizona desert lemons. Bière de Cactus? Sure, why not?
