Beer Description
Hearts Once Nourished is our latest, Hyper Hoppy Double IPA. Brewed to celebrate one of our favorite bands, @shaihulud_unincorporated. Born from a base of 2-row, oat malt, and Vienna malt. Hopped in the kettle with Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti hops, then pummeled with a massively saturated dry hop wake of even more Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti. The Wai-iti hops lend a unique, lemon-lime character, echoed by Citra and Mosaic, to create a flavor that will cross the line between belief and obsession. Notes of intense Key Lime sorbet, drippy overripe peach, Honeydew melon, and my heart bleeding the darkest blood. 8.5% ABV.
