2026 NY Wet Hop is an IPA. This beer uses super fresh, local ingredients. We sourced malt that was grown here in Monroe county and malted at Murmuration in East Bloomfield. We selected hops from Pedersen Family Farms in Stanley, NY
2026 NY Wet Hop is an IPA. This beer uses super fresh, local ingredients. We sourced malt that was grown here in Monroe county and malted at Murmuration in East Bloomfield. We selected hops from Pedersen Family Farms in Stanley, NY just outside Canandaigua. This year, for the first time, we dry hopped NYW with fresh Comet pellets, also from Pedersen. You may notice more impactful aromatics when compared to previous years’.
