This farm Saison, employs pilsner malt, spelt, and goldenrod honey from StoneBend Farm in Newfield, NY. Co-fermented with wild yeast captured by our children playing in the fields at StoneBend this barrel aged beer has been blended to build layers of Spicy complexity.
