A Belgian inspired golden ale brewed with our house saison yeast and generously hopped with a blend of aromatic noble hops. The final result is a softly contoured pale golden ale with an aroma rife with floral, spice and earth. The finish is crisp and dry.
Flare (yes, that’s how we are spelling it) is our gose that we have added citrus fruit to. This beer is slightly tart, a little salty, and has a nice balance from the fruit and spices. Ale brewed with orange and coriander.
Westward 2.0 is a piney, citrusy, resiny hop bomb of a beer. Hazy juice bombs are great, but we still love a good old-fashioned IPA. The westward project is just beginning, try it now, try it next week, try it next month and see where we end up.
Black Nitro is a collaboration with the American grassroots beer hippie Shaun E. Hill. Shaun dug out a recipe from his early years as a brewer. This beer was a hit in Denmark when it was first brewed in 2009. A special technique was used to avoid the burnt notes that usually come from dark malt.
Situated just across from 40 acres of Rogue hops, 119 colonies of bees were carefully kept and fed and the honey was uncapped, extracted, filtered, and finally infused into a refreshing Honey Kolsch ale.
