Twin Elephant Considered A Kiwi

Our rotating New Zealand-focused hazy pale ale, built to showcase the vivid, slightly wild character we love in NZ hops. This batch pairs Motueka with Eggers LiLy, bringing bright lime and citrus together with tropical fruit, fresh hop character, and that uniquely dank, almost cannabis like edge we get from the Eggers hops. Citra underneath helps round out the fruit without taking the beer away from New Zealand.

The beer itself is pale, soft and hazy, with malted oats, wheat and chit malt building a silky body while still finishing surprisingly dry and lively. Expect a big aromatic nose, juicy citrus and tropical fruit through the middle, then lime zest, dank green hop character and a firm refreshing bitterness on the finish. It has the softness of a hazy beer without being sweet or heavy, the lower finishing gravity and bright acidity keep the whole thing moving.3
