Beer Description
For Scratch #161, we sourced 450 pounds of sticky, freshly-picked hops from Black Locust Hop Farm. Tucked away in the rolling hills of Northern Baltimore County in Maryland, Black Locust grows and produces an abundance of hop varieties including the wet Cascade and Chinook hops used in this succulent ale. The use of local honey sweetens the pot and pushes the alcohol content over the 8% mark.
