Beer Description
The flavor is incredibly resinous and juicy. Our staff picks up hints of tangerine and grapefruit that is balanced by a nice pine-like bite. It finishes nice and crisp with a slight malted sweetness from the use of Vienna and Crystal malts.
We filled our brew kettle chock-full of fresh harvested Michigan Summit and Columbus from our friends at Michigan Hop Alliance. The product is a beer that showcases pungent aromas of pine, earth and ripe citrus. The flavor is incredibly resinous and juicy. Our staff picks up hints of tangerine and grapefruit that is balanced by a nice pine-like bite. It finishes nice and crisp with a slight malted sweetness from the use of Vienna and Crystal malts.
