Aged 3 months in a 5th use barrel and hopped with East Kent Golding and Syrian hops. Belgian malt and yeast is used and some wild yeast from the barrel. Finally dry-hopped prior to release.
The Barrel Aged version of 2008 Anniversary Belgium IIPA brew, twice dry hopped and aged in three barrels including a final in Merlot Wine cask to give it a hint of wild yeast character.
5.3-5.6% abv. Malted barley, oats. Sitting somewhere between Northern English and American brown ales in style. Medium-bodied. Toasted nuts and dark caramel balanced by hop bitterness and gentle hop aromas
The flavor is incredibly resinous and juicy. Our staff picks up hints of tangerine and grapefruit that is balanced by a nice pine-like bite. It finishes nice and crisp with a slight malted sweetness from the use of Vienna and Crystal malts.
A new recipe tweek and a new name has been bestowed upon our "Divine Paradox". Renamed for a Mug Clubber recently lost.....this was Laurie's favorite. RIP Laurie, you're very missed.
This Irish style dry stout is hopped with Nugget/Fuggle, brewed using pale, chocolate and roast barley malts and has a wonderful roasted coffee-ish finish. Served typically on Nitro.
A cult classic Double IPA made with Amarillo and Michigan grown Chinook hops. Bright floral citrus aromas, flavors of grapefruit pith, orange and pine, with a firm malt presence.
Traditional American Double IPA. Simple 2-row malt base, boil addition of Warrior hops, whirlpool and dry hopped with Simcoe hops. Smooth and drinkable with notes of pine and pineapple.
