Roasty, toasty, biscuity with well balanced coffee aroma and pleasant finish from conditioning on a custom roasted coffee blend
We took our Murky Brown Ale that already had subtle coffee notes in the finish and paired it with a custom roasted coffee from our friends at Fieldstone Coffee Roasters in Milford, NJ. The beer conditions with the roast for a few days before packaging and the result is a delicious drinking brown ale with pleasant coffee aromas in the nose and a nice coffee finish that doesn’t linger.
